Unlimited edition candle made from different scraps of soy wax which would be wasted but instead of that made into a candle with a mystery scent
Here are some general instructions for burning a candle safely:
1. **Trim the Wick:** Before lighting the candle, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch to prevent excessive flickering and soot buildup.
2. **Place on a Heat-Resistant Surface:** Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, flammable materials, and out of reach of children and pets.
3. **Keep Away from Flammable Objects:** Ensure there are no curtains, papers, or other flammable objects near the candle.
4. **Avoid Burning for Long Periods:** Limit each burning session to 3-4 hours to prevent the candle from overheating or the container from cracking.
5. **Allow the Wax to Melt Completely:** On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface to prevent tunneling in future burns.
6. **Extinguish Properly:** Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame to extinguish the candle. Avoid using water to put out the flame as it can cause splattering and damage to the container.
7. **Monitor While Burning:** Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep an eye on it and extinguish it before leaving the room or going to bed.
8. **Store Properly:** Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and melting.
Following these instructions will help ensure a safe and enjoyable candle-burning experience.
